Community Connections provides Intensive Outpatient Behavioral Health services to individuals with eating disorders. With the individual's participation, a Treatment Plan is designed to meet each individual's basic needs through counseling and nutritional skills training. We teach appropriate social and relational skills through a program of structured intervention and inclusion of the individual in healthy social activities. Our qualified treatment team provide counseling to address individual issues surrounding eating disorders, relapse prevention and healthy lifestyles. In addition, we provide nutritional counseling to promote and maintain a healthy relationship with food including understanding nutritional needs.
We offer individual counseling and group counseling services. Sessions are four times a week and group sessions may range from two to fifteen individuals. Family counseling is provided on an as-needed basis. We will provide continuity of care upon admission and discharge from our program to promote success in each individual's recovery.
